Directions for patients traveling from Carmel to
Tarrytown office:

684 South to Exit 5 (Saw Mill River Parkway South)

Take exit 23 (Eastview)

At the light, turn right, follow around the Tarrytown Lakes

		(Fordham University will be on your right, Marymount
		College on your left)

		At the fork just after Marymount, bear left down to
		route 9. (The Wachovia Bank is on the left.)

Turn left onto route 9

		Proceed straight past the 7-11on the right, up the hill,
		one and one half blocks

		We are located on the right at 55 South Broadway (a
		white brick building)

Make a right into our driveway and park in the back

		Use the back entrance to take the elevator to the third
		floor

		Make a left out of the elevator and walk to the back; we
		are in the rear suite

FYI: The office building is located across the street from the First Baptist
Church and next door to the Christ Episcopal Church.
